Hi everyone, hope you all are doing well. Last weekend I made Domino’s style easy cheesy garlic bread at home and thought of sharing the recipe with you all. Domino’s cheese stuffed garlic bread sticks has been one of the most loved items in my family since long. Whenever I make it at home, I feel like I’m having it seating on a cafe & trust me this homemade replica is no less than the original Domino’s one in taste and smell as well.
Now there are so many recipes available on internet and all of them are quite similar with each other. Since I make this recipe at home regularly so I have made few changes just to simplify the recipe. I have tried to explain each step with pictures. Hope you all will like the recipe.

Recipe: Domino’s Style Cheese Stuffed Garlic Bread Sticks
Preparation Time: 1 Hours 30 Minutes
- Preparing Garlic Bread: 10 Minutes
- Baking Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 2 Hours
Yield: 1 Full Garlic Bread /Servings for 2
For Garlic Bread dough:
- All purpose flour/Maida-1cup
- Dry yeast-1 tsp
- Sugar-2 tsp
- Salt- A pinch
- Garlic Powder/Freshly chopped garlic-1 tsp
- Vegetable oil-1 tsp
- Warm Water- 1/4th cup
- Butter- 2 tsp (at room temperature)
- Garlic Powder/Freshly Chopped Garlic- 1/2 tsp
- Oregano-1/2 tsp
- Chili Flakes-1/2 tsp
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese/ Any cheese of choice- 1/4th cup
~Take 1 tsp dry yeast,1 tsp sugar and 1/4th cup of warm water. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Sugar can trigger the activation of yeast, so do not skip this.
~In a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of all purpose flour/maida, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp sugar,1 tsp of garlic powder/freshly chopped garlic and the activated yeast mixture. Start kneading. When the dough is formed,knead for additional 10 minutes.
~Take 1 tsp vegetable oil and coat the dough. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
~After 1 hour when the dough is doubled in size, press the dough in middle and release the excess air. Knead again until a smooth and round shaped dough is formed.
~Dust some flour on a flat surface and start spreading the dough with hand.
~Take a roller and start rolling the dough until a desired oval shape is achieved. Press the roller uniformly to achieve a uniform thickness all over the dough.
~Take 2 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder/chopped garlic,1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp chili flakes in a bowl and mix well.
~Spread this garlic butter all over the flattened surface of the dough generously.
~Spread the grated cheese over half portion of the dough.
~Sprinkle over chili flakes and oregano.
~Fold the dough and seal the edges well so that no cheese can leak during baking.
~Apply garlic butter mixture on top and season with oregano and chili flakes.
~Make cut mark over the bread but don’t cut them fully. Later, this will help in separating the garlic bread sticks.
~Bake at preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
~Serve hot with cheesy dip sauce and/or tomato ketchup.
